Man forces 4 year old to lick him

In two spine-chilling incidents that have left Bulawayo residents shell-shocked, a woman allegedly locked her lodger’s 15-year-old son in the bathroom and forced him to be intimate with her,

 Also in the neigbouring St Peter’s area a man was also caught pants down forcing a four-year-old girl to lick him.

The two ugly incidents came to light when the 28-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man appeared before Western Commonage magistrate, Mr Sithembinkosi Msipa, facing charges of contravening Section 66 of the Criminal Law (Codification And Reform) Act Chapter 9:23 — aggravated indecent assault.

Nomsa Nyathi of Luveve was charged with forcing a juvenile to be intimate with her and infecting him with an undisclosed skin disease.She, however, pleaded not guilty when she appeared before the courts last Monday.

The prosecutor, Mrs Fiona Denhere, told the court that Nyathi is the landlord’s wife where the complainant and his family reside.It is alleged that sometime in December last year, the boy went to use the toilet unaware that Nyathi was inside taking a bath.When the boy noticed that the lavatory was occupied he turned to leave but the accused stopped him.

The court heard that Nyathi allegedly closed the door and ordered him to remove his trousers.The boy refused but, however, complied when the accused threatened to tell his mother that he had budged in on her while she was bathing.

It was further alleged Nyathi forced the boy to be intimate with her in the toilet.After the encounter the boy went out to play with his friends and did not tell anyone until 1 February this year when he related the ordeal to his young brother.

This is when the young brother told their mother about the encounter.Upon interrogation the boy narrated the story to his mother who in turn made a report to Luveve Police Station leading to Nyathi’s arrest.

It was also heard that the boy had developed a rash on his private parts and was advised to go for medical examination to verify whether he contracted the diseases from the alleged sexual abuse.Nyathi was remanded in custody to 22 February.

Meanwhile, Andrew Moyo from St Peter’s Village, on the outskirts of Pumula, was caught red-handed forcing his private part into a four-year-old girl’s mouth.Moyo pleaded not guilty when he appeared in court before Mr Msipa.

It is the State’s case that on 25 January this year at around 12.40pm Moyo went to the complainant’s house and found the four-year-old girl with her grandmother sweeping the yard.

He allegedly called the child to the back of the house.The court heard that he allegedly unzipped his trousers, forced the girl to open her mouth and inserted his private part into her mouth.

The girl tried to run away but the man grabbed her and continued with the immoral act.It was also reported that the girl tried to scream for help but could not as her screams were muffled by the man’s private part that was in her mouth.

Oblivious of what was happening, the child’s grandmother went about her chores, sweeping the yard, until she reached the backyard where she caught the man red-handed abusing her granddaughter.

She quickly alerted her neighbours who teamed up and effected a citizens’ arrest and took him to Pumula Police Station.However, the court referred the man to Mpilo Central Hospital for medical examination.

He was remanded in custody to 26 February.Mrs Denhere also prosecuted.
