He was being charged with indecent assault. Circumstances as presented by prosecutor Mr David Shiku are that on 7 May, the 33-year-old complainant was on her way homefrom a local clinic when she met the accused person along a foot path. The court heard that when the complainant met Nkomo she was eating a maize cob and the lustful accused person asked for a share of the maize cub but the suspicious complainant flatly refused. As a punishment for 'being stingy', Nkomo then grabbed the bucket which the complainant was carrying before grabbing her around her waist and forcibly having a 'nice time' with her breasts. The sexually-charged Nkomo, firmly held both her hands with his one strong hand while the other handdisappeared into the woman's skirtt. The complainant was only rescued by the voices of some villagers who were approaching on their direction. Nkomo disappeared into the bush. The woman reported the matter to the police leading to the arrest of the accused. When asked by the magistrate why he committed the offence, the remorseful Nkomo said he was working under the tutelage of Satan. "Your Worship, can you be lenient with me. When I committed the offence I was possessed by Satan and I do not know what I was doing," pleaded Nkomo, who expressed some knowledge and interestin scriptures..
